Jenny's earliest ambition was to become an astronaut, but her love of the Creative Arts prevailed, and led her to complete a four year BEd (hons) degree at Cartrefle College, Wrexham. She went on to become an Arts Coordinator and Primary Teacher at St Georges Junior School, Shrewsbury, before finally giving up the chalk-dust to start her own business as an Interior Designer, specialising in commercial projects.

Her constant need to fill her life with challenges has resulted in several career changes to date: a Sales Negotiator, for a leading Shropshire-based house builder; a freelance dance teacher; a Utility Services Distributor; a Past Life Regression Therapist and a Complete Mind Therapist. See the links opposite for more details about each of these.

Availability

Taming Lupus is available from Amazon, plus most other online bookstores, as well as by order through all UK book shops. The book was released to raise money for charities, whereby I, Jenny Holmes, can often be found selling signed copies to the public. I have so far donated money to Hope House Children's Hospice, Shropshire, Abermorddu Primary School, Gobowen Church and The Flying Doctor Appeal, Shropshire. My next promotion will be for UNICEF, whereby the sale of each book will provide life-saving rehydration salts to save the lives of around 80 children. I'm hoping to save thousands of lives in this way.

About Taming Lupus

When childhood sweethearts, Pippa and Jason Ambrose, begin working together as a successful architectural and interior design team - based in the South Shropshire hills - it seems that they have everything: everything, that is, except a much wanted baby.
They embark upon an exciting, prestigious project on Tudors, a new restaurant in the county town of Shrewsbury. Ross Tudor, the proprietor, forges a deep friendship with the dynamic duo that helps him get his new business venture off the ground. They are soon to become acquainted with the new manager, Anthony Wolf, who also happens to be Ross’s long-standing friend. But Pippa is to discover that Anthony is a wild and dangerous creature, living up to the Latin word for his name, Lupus, with his wolf-like nature.
At a time when Pippa is most vulnerable, Anthony shows his true colours by carefully, psychologically grooming her, to gain her trust. Believing that she owes him for ‘befriending’ her, he rapes her. She is ridden with shame, fear and hopelessness, keeping the dark secret of her ordeal buried deep in her mind. But when she discovers that she is pregnant, she is forced to bring it out into the open.

More shocking truths about ‘The Wolf’s’ debauched habits, as a serial rapist are revealed, prompting Pippa and her most loyal companions to see that Anthony (Lupus) is finally tamed.
